The legal basis for data protection can be found in Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the so-called General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG). The following regulations inform you in this respect about the type, scope and purpose of the collection, use and processing of personal data. The use of our site is basically possible without an indication of personal data. Different regulations may apply to the use of individual services on our site. The legal basis of the survey is in any case Art. 6 GDPR. Further explanations can be found below. Your personal data (for example, name, address, e-mail, telephone number, IP address, etc.) will only be processed by us in accordance with the provisions of European data protection law. Data is personal when it can be clearly assigned to a specific natural person.

Legal basis for the processing of personal data

 

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is derived from Art 6 of the GDPR.

Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR Relevant.

In the processing of personal data necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR as legal basis. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures (offers, inquiries, etc.).

Insofar as processing of personal data is required to fulfill a legal obligation that is subject to our company, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR as legal basis.

In the event that vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. d GDPR as legal basis.

If processing is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of our company or a third party, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR as the legal basis for processing.In these cases, it is ensured that processing takes place only if the interests, fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms of the data subject do not preclude processing.

Cookies

Our website makes use of so-called cookies in order to recognize repeat use of our website by the same user/internet connection subscriber. We, or our hosting provider, collects on the basis of our legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR Data on every access to the server on which this service is located (so-called server log files). Access data includes:


     Name of the retrieved website,

     Date and time of the call,

     transferred amount of data,

     Message about successful call,

     Browser type and version,

     the operating system of the user,

     Referrer URL (the previously visited page),

     IP address

     the requesting provider.

Logfile information is stored for security purposes (for example, to investigate abusive or fraudulent activities) for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. Data whose further retention is required for evidential purposes shall be exempted from the cancellation until final clarification of the incident.

On our website we offer you the opportunity to contact us, either by email and/or by using a contact form. In such event, information provided by the user is stored for the purpose of facilitating communications with the user. No data is transferred to third parties. Nor is any of this information matched to any information that may be collected by other components of our website.

Information/Cancellation/Deletion

On the basis of the GDPR and the Federal Data Protection Act you can contact us free of charge with questions regarding the collection, processing or use of your personal data and their correction, blocking, deletion or revocation of a given consent. You have the right to free information on your stored personal data, their origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing and, if necessary, a right to rectification, blocking or deletion of this data. You have the right to have data that we process on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract, in itself or to a third party in a standard, machine-readable format. If you require the direct transfer of data to another person in charge, this will only be done to the extent technically feasible.
